What can I do if a builder delays property possession?
I bought a flat in 2008 by the builder BPTP in Faridabad, but till date I have not got the possession also the flat is not under RERA as mentioned by builder. I have paid around 95%. Property tax is being generated from past 3 years now in my name. What should I do?
