What can I do if a vehicle ownership is not transferred?
Hello, I sold my Honda Activa in 2020 to an unknown person, whom I met on OLX. Unfortunately, I lost his contact details and till now he has not transferred the bike ownership. I do not have any information about that person and his contact details are lost. Please advise me on what to do in this case. Thank you.
