What can I do if my brother sell an ancestral property without my consent?

My mother died 2 years back and father a year back, being a house on my mothers name and other properties on my father, i got a brother who went into construction activity with a partnered builder without my consent, now when i am asking my share of property he is not ready to give the same, my brother is now trying to sell even the house without my consent, which is registered on my mothers name, who is no more, i proceeded with a legal notice against my brother and builder, the construction of property over the land got almost completed and about to handover the flats, what can i do the best so that the selling of flats and house need to be stopped and i should get my part of my property share.
