What can I do if my lawyer refuses to send copies of the court documents related to my case?

A will made by my parents in my name in 1979. The property agriculture land. In 2012 my brother trespass the property and built small house. So we filled a case against him and he has not appeared court. Finally the case was dismissed since my brother didn’t appear and later my parents died. Now the lawyer refused to get my documents from the court and he says all the children should come and give no objection. My brother is settled in abroad and he will not come back. How to get the original documents.

If the will is duly executed and was registered then you will have the rights over the property but in order to get your name transferred you need the no-objection certificate from the other legal heirs, to know more in detail please call on our helpline  number.
