What can I do if my uncle illegally did construction on my father's property?

I am Samruddhi lad. I live with my mother and younger sister in Kolhapur, Maharashtra. My father expired in 2021 due to covid. He has one real brother and 4 cousin brothers. My father's ancestral home which is in Devgad, Maharashtra was reconstructed when he was alive. All the real and cousin brothers did the construction on their share of the plot but my father's share was left unconstructed as my father could not invest his time and money at that point of time. The plot is owned collectively by all. But the sharing of the plot has been done with mutual consent of everyone. But now my father's real brother has done construction on our share of the plot without informing us. Please guide us
