What can I do if someone else has fraudulently registered their ownership in ancestral property?

My mother grandmother's property no documents have she passed away many years ago, my mother grandmother's name not have in this property and also my mother mom name is not have and they are passed away few months ago my mother mom still alive and my mom's younger sister fraudulent way register her name in this property she don't give my mother property part also what can i do?
