My parents have 3 Sons, Recently my elder brother registered my father property in his name without knowing 2 younger brothers. On registration document mention my elder brother buy this property by giving 1L to my parents. But he didn't give any money to my parents and cheated. Now the remaining property original documents is with my elder brother he refuse to give documents to my parents. Please advise any possibilities to cancel the registered property and how to collect original documents from my elder brother.
