What happens if a GPA holder dies?

There is a property in Ghaziabad which was sold to Mr. Mohit on registered GPA in 1998. All other associated docs with GPA (viz. affidavit, possession letter, registered will, indemnity etc) are in name of Mr. Mohit. Mr. Mohit has expired in 2019 and has left no registered will. There are 3 legal heirs (Wife, Son, Daughter) Is it possible that the property can be made of clear title ? How can the property be sold further ?

Hello Sir

If the property has not been distributed then all the three legal hiers will have the equal rights over the property and inorder to sell the consent of all three are merely important
