What is NON ZA land
I purchased a NON ZA land. Recent i knew that I can't apply for Dakhil khariz. Why i can't apply for Dakhil khariz. And what issue is with this land? Is it safe and what next i have to do ?

Hello sir,
There is an exception in Section 2 of the Zamindar Abolition Act, meaning there is no zamindar. This land is c.p. 1939 lease agreement, and you, the owner of the kebat, have every right to transfer your property because you own the kebat. The lessee, kabir, kashtakar is the owner and has no right to transfer.
