What is the Dadra Nagar Haveli Amendment Act?
All flats in a building is owned by the company. Can developer land convey to the company? The agreement was made in 2010 so we can’t used RERA act which talks about transfer of title. In Maharashtra mofa act, Sec 11 talks about promoter can transfer title, Do we have similar act in Dadar and Nagar Haveli? In which act does it come and section?
