What is the distribution of deceased person's property?

There is a self-acquired house of a person who died long ago. He has three children, two boys and one girl. A boy dies when he is unmarried, he does not have any wife, children etc. In such a situation only one girl and one boy live. How will the ownership rights of the said house/property be divided among the remaining two children (one son and one daughter) and who will get how much share in the house and please tell if there is any ruling in this regard.
