Selfacquired property of X&Y brothers,both no more since yrs,disputed btwn der sons.A,B-sons of X.1)C,D,E,F-sons of Y.Wat kind of property is dis for C,D,E,F n der children n children's children?E died before X's death,hence X mentiond in his will dat he has only 3 sons(beneficiaries) n 4 daughters(non beneficiaries,NOC obtained frm 4 daughtrs/der legal heirs).2)Can dis create any problem-E's only child is dead,not sure abt his wife?Probate was created aftr E n X's death wid other 3 sons C,D,F as principals n D as agent.Bfor probate cud be registerd in Talathi office,C died.3)Is probate still valid now?Wil dis situation create any problem?Is der anything dat needs 2 b done here/taken care of?4)Wat is d procedure if C's legal heirs' names r to be included in d probate-wil dis again require NOC frm 4 daughtrs(1 had died bfor probate was made[NOC was obtained frm her legal heirs],1 died after it was made)?Request u 2 pl provid ans covering all d scenarios dat may hav been missed.Thank u.
