What is the new law for a daughter in father's property?
Facts: - A family has 8 acres of undivided ancestral agricultural land. No will is made. Family consists of 3 daughters and 2 sons (1 daughter & 1 son deceased. 3 are alive). For ease of reference lets assume that, 3 daughters namely A, B & C and 2 sons namely D & E. Out of the above, 'B' (daughter) and 'D' (son) have expired. A , C (daughters) & E (son) are alive. Question: - 1. Claim of A, B, C, D & E; 2. Rights of children of 'B' (deceased daughter) and children of 'A' (deceased son); 3. If all the daughters' expire, can their children claim their mother's share in 8 acres of land; 4. If all the sons' expire, can their children claim their father's share in 8 acres of land; 5. Circumstances when the share of daughters' (A, B, & C) cease; 6. Circumstances when the share of daughters' children (Children of A, B & C) cease; 7.
