What is the procedure for partition of ancestral property?

A, B, C are brothers. B and C has captured the ancestral property. A wants the property to be divided and he should be given his share. B and C are not ready to communicate with A, and create social fuss to delay the division. B and C are more financially sound than A and both have also mentally harassed A in the past. What should A do?

Send a Legal Notice, A should send a legal notice to B and C, demanding his rightful share in the ancestral property. If B and C fail to respond to the legal notice or continue to delay the division of the property, A can file a partition suit in court. For further Contact us on helpline number.
