What is the procedure for removing a stay order on any property?

I have Maternal aunt and uncle and both of them has no offspring and have never been married. My mother has no land under her title in the revenue records and she died in 2019. Uncle died in 2017 and the aunt survived and is still alive. land of 1 kanal and 5 marlas were under aunts title and 16 marlas under uncles title after the uncle died in 2017 land of 16 marls was transferred to aunts title in revenue records. Total of land is 41 marlas We are three brothers and our aunt has transferred all the 41 marlas land to my title under registered gift deed .more than 3 years already passed since the deed. Is there any law under my brothers can challenge the deed. And also one of my brother is producing an affidavit for 16 marlas after 8 years what legal actions they can carry out to counter the land currently under my title. And what actions we can take in advance. Can the land go under stay order or status quo
