What is the procedure to change name in property documents?
We are in position of property and not aware of rtc not changed to our father name it is purchased on 69-70s we have sub registered deed, recently we have checked about it and it showing the sellers brother name on rtc they have changed rtc on 84-85 on family partition not registered but rtc changed can we change it our name with the registered deed please halp me on this we are tensed
