What is the right of son in ancestral property of his father?

My father died recently, so I'll be leaving my house in Unnao and shift to Mumbai with my mother. But my grandfather who is a retired principal and has a pension of around 45k is planning to create a will which will transfer my father's share in agricultural land which is ancestral to one of my uncle. So is there any legal action I can take so that the will will be void. Because my grandfather is not giving me even a penny so that is why I have to leave for Mumbai

Under Indian law, all sons and daughters have equal rights to their father's ancestral property. If your grandfather creates a will that disinherits you, you can challenge the will in court. For further enquiry Contact us on helpline number.
