What is the Supreme Court judgement on registered partition deed?

My father are 5 brothers and 1 sister. There is a registered partition deed for ancestral properties where my father and all brothers had signed (the year was 1967) except for the sister. The sister had become a Pakistani citizen in the year 1961. During the decade of 1960 there were lots of war with Pakistan and many acts/enemy property acts were inculcated (which are quite complex to understand) and hence the sister was not included in the partition deed. My Question is the registered partition deed valid?
