What is the wife's right in husband's self acquired property?

Is there any rights to mother and son on a self earned property by father, when mother along with son's family is living in the same property as father? Also whether father can expel both mother and son from the property if he intends to do so?

If father has self earned the property and he is alive then he has thes sole right over the property and if he is dead then the mother will have the rights over such property.
