What should I do if someone else has fraudulently registered their ownership on land records which originally belong to me?

My father purchased a land and didn't register it in his name. And my father's brother was aware of this non registration and blackmailed the seller of the land to register the land to his wife's name. Is there any legal way that I can get back our land .
