What to do if a builder delays possession?
Sir, I purchased a plot in Bangalore.As per sale agreement, builder has mentioned possession date as 28.02.2023, but still now possession not given. Saying delay is from government in issuing release order. Now they have taken RERA registration extension by 1 year till Feb 24. How to proceed further to avoid loss. I am paying interest on plot loan.
