What to do if builder charges additional maintenance?

I have taken possession of a flat in a township in Pune in 2018. Before getting possession the builder had given me no Dues Pending letter indicating that there are no dues pending. Before taking possession I had paid 2 years maintenance in advance as demanded by the builder. Now the builder is demanding additional maintenance and sending every month legal notice on his letterhead every month. When I have No dues letter what should I do?

If you have a no dues letter from the builder and you have paid 2 years of maintenance in advance, then the builder cannot demand additional maintenance from you. You can ignore the legal notices that the builder is sending you. Contact us for further enquiry.
