My aunty bought a 2bhk home in her name and made a registered will in my name. She passed away in Jan 2023. Now uncle has been taken care by his brother in a senior citizen home. My uncle is legal heir but i have registered will and original sale deed. I applied for khata transfer and uncle also applied so they issued endorsement letter to solve the dispute in court. My uncle saying that my will is cancelled and having unregistered will. But now property was changed in uncle's name and he given gift deed to his brother. What should I do further?
