What will be the succession of property if one of the heir died?
My dad passed away. He did not have any will. We got legal heir certificate as per hindu succession act with 4 heirs: Me, brother, mother, and grandmother (father's mom). Granny is not keeping well. I have a doubt regarding inheritance of property if my granny passes away. Does the grannys share go to all her heirs or it will be divided amongst only me, my brother, and mother ? The said property was self acquired by my dad.
