Who are parties to ancestral property?

I am buying agricultural land which is ancestral property of multiple sellers(4 guys), The sellers are joint owners of the property which is acquired by them from ancestors, The sellers are married and have sons/daughters of age above 18 years and sellers have two sisters who are married and have sons/daughters aged above 18 years. My questions is whether I need consent only from sellers and their sisters or all the sons/daughters of sellers and their sisters also ?

It is advisable to obtain consent from all of the descendants of the common ancestor before purchasing the land. This will help to avoid any future disputes over the ownership of the property. Contact us for Further enquiry.
