Who are the legal heirs after death of a married man in India?

Hi, Need details to sale property after husbands death. As its almost 17 years as of now. Hve two daughters from him. The elder one has done RD and have given her share to me. the younger one will be 18 years in Oct 2023. Will do the needful at that time. My property is on my late husbands name. We are the three leagal heirs , As he died without will . Just want to know can I sell the proprty once my younger daughter makes RD . my late husbands mother is alive but stay with my late husbands elder brother and is financially 10 times stronger than me. I had never asked them for any share from there property. As after my husbands death they sold all of his shops and other property on his name silently. I need money to marry my daughter .
