Who is the legal heir for father's property?
My father received assignment land from Govt before his marriage on his name. My grandfather did gift deed of two acres to my Paternal uncles. we want to go to court for my father share in that two acres. Will they have any legal rights in my father assignment Govt land.

If the property was on the name if the father then grandfather cannot execute the gift deed and if the property is on the name of grand father then only he can execute the deed
