Deemed University increasing fees

I am a second year law student studying at a very prestigious deemed university in NOIDA. At the time of admission fees told to us was 3 lakhs per annum. But in the second year they increased the fees by 10k. I complained to the college authorities but did not got any response. Now for my third year the fees is increased by 20k that is now I have to pay 3,20,000. What should I do? Students in my family comes from rich background and dont really care but I am not from a rich background and find it wrong to increase the fees every year.
