Denial of employment at airforce

I'm pwbd person attended airforce mts exam with good faith and follwed the rules and regulations properly and short listed as finalist along with another boy but later understand that i have been denied employment despite of my quln. Efforts etc. They said the selected candidate got high marks What im claiming here is he has attended the exam with his paternal uncle who is an post graduate in engineering and also an govt employee so i lost the chance of employment.
