If the offence, which gives an opportunity to exercise the right of private defence, theft, mischief, or criminal trespass, not of any description set forth in the preceding clause, that right shall be a voluntary act of death. does not extend to cause, but subject to the restrictions mentioned in section 99, voluntarily causes the wrongdoer to cause any harm other than death.
