IPC Section 107 - Abetment Of A Thing

IPC Section 107 states that -

Any person can be charged for the abetment of a thing, If :

1. he instigates/inspires someone to do that thing
2. he engages with one or more people in a conspiracy ( which involves an illegal act or omission ) to do that thing
3. he intentionally assists by illegal act or omission to do that thing.
