IPC Section 108 - Who Can Be An "Abettor"?

IPC Section 108 states that - 

 

Any person is said to be an abettor if:

 

  1. he encourages the commission of an offence or,
  2. encourages the commission of any act which can be offence when committed by any person with the same knowledge or intention
