IPC Section 14 - " Servant Of Government" In Indian Penal Code

IPC Section 14 states that - the denotation "SERVANT OF GOVERNMENT" is used for the people serving any government field, any appointed servicemen for the government of India, and any person employed under the authority of the Indian government.

• This includes people who are working in the government sector of India if they are appointed in any field of the government.
