What Is "Fraudulently" Under IPC Section 25 ?

IPC Section 25 states that - the word "FRAUDULENTLY" denotes that when a person does any kind of activity with an intention to defraud not otherwise. The thing or the activity is said to be illegal and fraud activity.

• If someone frauds someone & performs fraudulently activity, it is said to be Fraudulent. 

• The term "Fraudulent" used in the IPC denotes that the person has performed an activity with the wrong intention.
