IPC Section 28 - Meaning Of "Counterfeit" In IPC
IPC Section 28 states that -
(a) If a person makes something that resembles or is similar to another with an intention to practice deception, it is said to be 'counterfeiting'.
(b) If a person acts similar to another & the intention is to cheat others, it is said to be ' counterfeiting'.
