IPC Section 3 - Punishment Of Offences Outside India
IPC Section 3 states that - " every person " who commits an offence ( Mentioned In Indian Laws ) outside India, then he/she will be dealt with as per the Indian Laws.
- " every person " means an Indian Citizen / Foreigner / Company / Association / Group Of Person, etc
- Anyone of them who commits an offence outside the territory of India will be liable for the punishment

- Let's suppose an Indian citizen commits an offence in another country. That may not be an offence for that country, it doesn't matter. All punishments & trials will be made as per the Indian Penal Code Or, Indian Laws.
- An Indian citizen "A" commits rape in Afghanistan. That person "A" will get punishment & prosecuted as per the Indian laws.
