IPC Section 35 - Criminal Act Done With Criminal Intention
IPC Section 35 states that - When two or more persons perform a criminal act with criminal knowledge or intention:
a) If each of them performs the act with the same criminal knowledge or intention, then each of them will be liable for the punishment
b) If any one of them performs the act without criminal intent or without the knowledge of criminal intent, he/she will not be liable for punishment.
