IPC Section 39 - Meaning Of 'Voluntarily' In IPC

Section 39 of the IPC states that - The word "voluntarily" means when a particular person "voluntarily" decides to cause an effect, that is to say when the person is responsible for doing that act or causing that effect. Takes a particular action with full intention. Had he had proper knowledge of the activities during the performance of that particular act, he was likely to be affected by the act in a certain way.
