IPC Section 43 - 'Illegal' & 'Legal Bound To' In IPC

IPC Section 43 states that - the term "ILLEGAL" denotes all those activities which are not legal in the eyes of the law are considered illegal. All actions which are offensive to the law will be said to be illegal under the eyes of the law, this section tries to express the same with the term "ILLEGAL".

• The term "LEGALLY BOUND TO DO" expresses that the person has to perform some activities as per the law & it is important for them to follow these rules.
