IPC Section 63 - Amount Of Fine

IPC Section 63 states that - All the situations in which the amount of fine is not mentioned in the Sections of IPC, the amount of fine can be unlimited but must not be excessive. 

• It depends on the court & justice to determine the amount of fine & they can charge any amount of fine from the offender.

The court decides the amount of fine on the basis of - 

a) Seriousness Of Injury

b) Financial Capacity Of Offender

c) Physical, Economic or Mental Loss Of Victim
