IPC Section 69 - Imprisonment On Paying Some Fine
IPC Section 69 states that - the termination of imprisonment after the payment of the proportional amount of fine.
As per this section, if someone is punished with imprisonment for a term due to non-payment of a fine. But, the offender pays a proportional amount of fine as per the punishment.
The imprisonment of the offender shall terminate after the payment of a proportional amount of fine.
