IPC Section 75 - Enhanced Punishment For Certain Offences

IPC Section 75 states that - anyone who is convicted by the court of India for an offence & the offender is punishable (under Chapter XII or Chapter XIV of the IPC) with imprisonment of any description of the term 3 years or more.

Whoever gets convicted-

(a) By any court in India, of an offence punishable under Chapter XII or Chapter XVII of the code with imprisonment of any description of the term of three years or more,
