IPC Section 86 - Offence That Requires Particular Intent
IPC Section 86 states that -
- A person who acts in a state of intoxication shall be treated
- As if he had the same knowledge as he would have if he had not been drunk
- Unless the thing which had intoxicated him was administered without his knowledge or against his will.
