IPC Section 91 states that -
- Exceptions in IPC Sections 87, 88, and 89 do not extend to those acts that are offences that independently can cause harm
- The person giving consent is likely to cause, or maybe intended to, or is likely to be known, or on whose behalf consent has been given.
