IPC Section 92 - Act Done In Good Faith Without Consent
IPC Section 92 states that -
All the actions that are taken by a person such that:
1) are taken in good faith
2) are taken without a person's consent in certain circumstances -
- it is impossible for the person to indicate the consent of the person
- the person is unable to give consent
- the person has no any guardian or other person in lawful charge
Provided that -
1) First: This exception must not cause extend to cause death intentionally or an attempt to cause death
2) Second: This exception must not extend to the acts which the person doing it that can cause death or, grievous hurt.
