IPC Section 94 - Acts Done By Any Person Under Threat

IPC Section 94 states that - All the offences or actions that are done by a person who is compelled by threat of instant death -- These are not offences.

Provided - 

1) Offences must not be the murder of someone or the offences which are punishable with death

2) Offences must not be taken by the person willingly

3) Offences must be done by the person due to the threat/apprehension of instant death.
