Disposal Of Property
In all the cases under this act,
The court may pass the order related to the joint property of the husband & wife.
- Generally, the applicant (wife) can utilize section 27 of the Hindu Marriage Act, even if the non-applicant (husband) chooses not to disclose the joint property.
