My father's name is Dharmendra Singh in both my Aadhaar card and my father's Aadhaar card. However, in my ICSE Class 10 marksheet, my father's name is mentioned as Dharmendra Yadav. Because of this discrepancy, I am unable to obtain my caste certificate. What is the legal solution to this issue? Will this create any major problems for me in the future?
You should get the incorrect father's name corrected in your Class 10 marksheet as soon as possible by applying to the concerned education board. Keep supporting documents ready to prove the correct name. Until the correction is made, this mismatch may delay your caste certificate and cause issues during future document verification.
