IPC Section 114 - Abettor Present When Offence Comitted

IPC Section 114 states that - Whenever a person, who remains absent, shall be liable to be punished as an abettor, when the act or offense for which he shall be punished in consequence of the abetment, shall be deemed to have done such act or offence.
