IPC Section 49 - Meaning Of "Year" & "Month" In IPC

IPC Section 49 states that - the term "YEAR OR MONTH" means that this time period is governed according to the British calendar. After the Independence of British India, this has changed according to the Year and calendar of India.

• We can conclude that the term "Year" or "Month" must be considered according to the British Calendar.
